ASPHALT SERVICES

We began completing asphalt sealcoating and related services after continuous issues from other contractors ranging from failed scheduling to material not properly applied. Because of our experience with these issues we know first hand what we can provide to help others avoid such costly and irritating problems on their projects.

Our sealcoating application varies as each job is different, though the most common selected is spraying material which allows for the quickest completion as well as more budget friendly. Cities, especially for streets, prefer to use the slurry seal method while others who are interested in targeting appearance only can use our discounted spray.

Additional asphalt services we provide include repairing of cracks and potholes with either a budget friendly method or a more premium longterm solution depending on their current condition and the pavements condition overall.

We do not provide any new paving of either asphalt or concrete though can refer to local contractors we work with often.

Mixtures vary each project, but our standard is a combination of coal tar sealer (chosen for durability and reputation) and asphalt emulsion (chosen for being much more friendly to the environment and availability at plants)
Additives and sand can be added to mixtures as well to further enhance material
Spraying material is the most common application method, yet squeegeeing or slurry seal application methods are available as well
Crack filling (cold material) and sealing (hot material) are additional services provided as an alternate to projects for further supporting the pavements lifespan
Asphalt repairs including potholes and similar failures are services completed using either cold or hot mix asphalt depending on the conditions and selection
